I work closely with the VP of Trade, Trading division, and Engineers to build web and mobile apps for JALA.

I also responsible for creating traceability system using blockchain for JALA Trade that is used to trace more than 700 tons fresh shrimps that exported to US, East Asia, and Europe every month.

I was responsible for managing the product development process and making sure that our clients were able to access the mobile applications they needed in a timely manner. I was working closely with CEO, Sales Team and Engineers. I was able to transform Damogo Mobile Applications to Web Applications by leading 4 WFH developers who had never worked together before on any projects.

I have dual role in that time. as a software tester and operations officer.

As a operations officer, I was in charge of inventory, I learned how important it is to keep a balance between stock and demand. If it has too much of something, it run the risk of losing customers by not having enough. If it has too little, then people won't be able to buy your product and it will just sit there idling.

The best way to ensure we have a good balance between stock and demand is through a system of forecasting. I can predict how many items will sell by using data from previous sales patterns. I can also use historical information about what types of products are popular at certain times of the year or on holidays like Lebaran or Christmas.

As a software Tester, I found 5-10 bugs each sprint, I had to be on top of every new feature or bug fix to make sure everything's working right. For 3 months, I did six sprints. It was incredible considering that my team only had 4 developers and 1 QA guy at the time. It was hard work, but I loved it because it allowed me to get really involved in the product.

My work involved analyzing the chili and pepper production. I also predicted the chili's price. The price is changing 3 times a day. We harvested 900kg of chilli a day. It was a lot of work!
